Privacy
What this site does with data — and what it does not.
The short version
This calendar sets no cookies, measures no traffic, embeds no advertising networks and loads nothing from third-party servers. There is no account and no sign-in. Reading the site leaves behind no more than any server processes anyway in order to deliver a page.

When you open a page
To deliver a page, the server processes what is technically needed for it: IP address, time of the request, the address requested, the response status, the amount of data transferred and what the browser reports about itself.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the site reliably and securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This information is not combined with other data and is not used to recognise individual people.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes the above information on our behalf and is contractually bound to do so (Art. 28 GDPR).
Data may be transferred to the United States in the process. The transfer relies on the safeguards provided for this purpose; we will explain the details on request.
What is stored in your browser
This site sets no cookies. Two settings stay in your browser’s local storage so that they still apply on your next visit: the time zone you chose yourself ("dyyna.zeitzone") and the dismissal of the notice about another language ("dyyna.sprache").
Both stay on your device, are never sent to us, and can be deleted in your browser settings at any time.
Fonts
The fonts are hosted on our own server and loaded from there. Opening the site creates no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party service.
Calendar mail
Signing up for calendar mail means giving an email address. It is only stored once the confirmation link in the first message has been clicked. Until then nothing is on a list: address, language and interest sit signed inside the link itself. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
After confirmation we store the address, the language, the chosen interest, where the sign-up came from, and the time of confirmation — the last one so that the consent can be evidenced. The list is held at Supabase in Frankfurt, sending runs through Resend, Inc. (USA); both process on our behalf.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link. It does not expire. After unsubscribing, no further mail goes to that address.
What this site does not have
No account, no sign-in, no contact form, no payment, no embedded maps, videos or social network buttons. The moment any of that changes, this statement changes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data processed about you, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). A message to info@dyyna.bio is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
Changes
If what the site does changes, this statement is updated. The version shown here is the one that applies.
