Working with the preparations in March — soil and light
The soil impulse gets going and the light impulse follows: horn manure at the start of the growing season and at tillage, horn silica on the first shoots. And the dandelion is collected.
In March the soil impulse gets fully under way, and the light impulse follows close behind. Horn manure (500) goes onto the awakening soil, horn silica (501) onto the first green shoots — about two weeks apart. The preparation year picks up speed.
As always: the stage of development of the crop and the condition of the soil decide the exact timing, not the calendar.
Grassland and arable
- Grassland: horn manure at the start of the growing season, horn silica about two weeks later.
- Cereals: horn manure at sowing; valerian (507) in cereals.
Vegetable garden
- Horn manure at tillage, sowing and planting.
- Horn silica at leaf formation and fruit set.
- Horsetail tea when fungal pressure is high.
Vines and fruit
- Horn manure on the soil when the leaves break.
Making the preparations
- Dandelion (506): collect the first flowers as soon as they open.
